Great conversations begin long before the first panel. Wellness Meets Business is Jirani’s invitation to slow down, reset, and connect before the evening’s discussions begin.
Ease into the evening with instructor-led movement sessions designed to energise the body, improve mobility, and prepare you for the conversations ahead.
Join a guided Pilates session focused on strength, balance, posture, and mindful movement, accessible to both beginners and experienced participants.
Take part in a guided yoga session designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect. Open to all experience levels, these sessions are created so everyone can participate comfortable.
The wellness zone is where the evening's most useful conversations start. Shared experience takes the transactional edge off a first meeting: two executives doing the same thing at the same time have something to talk about before either has to sell.
